Tadd earned his BA in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s College in 2008 and soon after began his career in behavioral health as a Registered Behavior Technician. That early clinical experience gave him a strong foundation in understanding the challenges providers face and continues to shape his approach to supporting them today.
Over the past five years at Missing Piece ABA Billing, Tadd has advanced from Biller to Account Supervisor and now serves as Provider Relations Manager. In this role, he specializes in revenue cycle management, claims resolution, and provider support, ensuring that every client receives both the technical expertise and the attentive partnership they need to succeed.
Tadd is recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between clinical operations and billing processes, bringing a unique perspective that blends psychology, hands-on experience, and deep knowledge of insurance requirements. He is passionate about strengthening provider relationships, streamlining workflows, and driving efficient, compliant billing practices.
